Pupils from Year 5 and 6 were delighted to welcome members of the local Day Centre for an afternoon of games, coffee and cake! The event was a wonderful opportunity for connection across generations. Everyone enjoyed playing a variety of  board and card games.

A standout moment was the ‘plank’ challenge, led by an 81-year-old Day Centre member who impressed everyone with their strength and endurance – a true testament to staying active at any age!

The afternoon was a brilliant success, bringing smiles, laughter and a sense of community to all involved.
