Year 2 Visit Burwell Museum and Windmill

We had a fabulous afternoon at the Burwell Museum and Windmill yesterday.

The children asked lots of questions linked to their learning in history. In the Victorian classroom, we were able to use artefacts as a source of information in order to answer some of the questions we recorded before our visit. We also took a close look at different modes of transport over time. We were impressed with the variety of carts that were available depending on their purpose and how much they cost.
