The Animal Experience

Today, Y1 pupils had the opportunity to learn about, get up close and even handle a variety of animals, including: a snake, a bearded dragon and a baby meerkat.

This enrichment opportunity builds on their current learning in science (Animals Including Humans), where the children are learning to name a variety of common animals and compare their structures.
